- 5 kinds of fresh seafood from Hokuriku (2420 yen)
- Kyoto tofu chilled tofu (539 yen)
- Niigata specialty Tochio fried tofu with scallions (half portion) (649 yen)
- Lotus root chips with seaweed salt (649 yen)
- Black Wagyu shoulder steak (3179 yen)
- Extra-large grilled Atka mackerel (2189 yen)
- Niigata specialty Hegi soba (small) (1309 yen)
- Sake lees pudding (649 yen)

Starting with the 5 kinds of Obanzai:
- Stir-fried green beans and konjac: A simple flavor with a hint of sesame oil aroma, offering a comforting taste.
- Satsuma-age: Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Absolutely delicious!
- Simmered eggplant: Soaked in flavorful broth, delicious even when cold.
- Zenmai and fried tofu: The mountain vegetable aroma is prominent, with a gentle seasoning perfect as a palate cleanser.
- Lemon-simmered sweet potato: Sweet and fluffy with a touch of tangy lemon as an accent. Quite filling, great for sharing with a group.

The 5 kinds of fresh seafood from Hokuriku were incredibly fresh:
- Grilled Isaki: Perfect balance of smokiness and fat, light yet flavorful.
- Salmon and salmon roe: Rich and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
- Young tuna: Full-bodied flavor of the red meat.
- Amberjack: Firm texture with sweetness that intensifies as you chew.
- Sea bream: Delicate sweetness that spreads in your mouth.

Kyoto tofu chilled tofu:
Smooth and silky with a subtle sweetness of soybeans. A refreshing dish, highly recommended.

Niigata specialty "Tochio fried tofu":
Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. Grilled to perfection with scallions generously on top. Add soy sauce and ginger for a burst of flavor.

Lotus root chips:
Thin and crispy with a gentle seaweed aroma. The light texture makes it hard to stop eating! Generous portion for great satisfaction.

Black Wagyu shoulder steak:
Packed with juicy meat flavor, with just the right amount of fat sweetness. Cooked to perfection, each bite releases the rich taste of the beef.

Extra-large grilled Atka mackerel:
True to its name, impressively large! Crispy skin and tender, juicy meat that makes you crave rice. Easy to eat with cleanly separated bones.

Hegi soba:
Made with seaweed as a binder, offering a smooth texture and firm chewiness. Perfectly balanced dipping sauce, not too strong. Refreshing and ideal as a closing dish.

Sake lees pudding:
A sophisticated dessert with a hint of sake aroma. Smooth and creamy with gentle sweetness and the fragrance of sake lees, providing a comforting taste.
