📍Nikubugyo Kyoto Ushimitsu Kawaramachi Branch 297-2 Kabukiya Building, Narayacho, Kawaramachi-dori Sanjo Sagaru, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City Lunch 11:30 - 15:30 Dinner 17:30 - 21:00 Closed: Tuesdays/Open on public holidays
I've always wanted to try this meat-covered dish, and it's great to enjoy the melting meat and the many different ways to eat it! It's also very affordable! You should definitely go! It's so popular that there's a long line even before the store opens, but here's a secret trick! Avoid the crowds! You can make a reservation here 🥺There are only a few reservation slots and they fill up quickly, so make sure to make a reservation early on the website!
☑︎This time I ordered meat sushi for my child for ¥748. They grilled the meat for me! It was small and just the right size for a child. My child was delighted with the same stylish meal as the adults! I think meat-loving children from about 3 years old will be happy... Cafe Recommendation 📍 Tsujiri Kyoto Tower Sand Store 721-1 Higashishiokojicho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture Kyoto Tower Sand 1st floor 10:00-21:00 I just popped into Tsujiri. It wasn't too crowded even at 1pm on a Sunday! And it's reasonably priced. There are terrace seats, and this floor also sells a lot of Kyoto souvenirs♪... Dinner recommendation 📍 Kushikatsu Daruma Kyoto Porta Branch 902 Higashi Shiokojicho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Karasuma-dori Shiokoji-sagaru 11:00-22:30 A popular restaurant that originated in Osaka. The atmosphere is great and there are Kyoto-like paintings on the walls! Be sure to order the pickled ginger skewers. My kids liked the cabbage, quail skewers, wiener skewers, and rice balls 🤣 It was still open after 5pm! None of the restaurants had high chairs or kids menus, but it should be fine for kids aged 2 or 3 and up. Bonus: We had promised to take turns taking free time after putting the kids to bed at night 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️Dad was a 2-minute walk from the hotel. 📍Sake Museum Kyoto Toji Branch 112 Nishikujo Kawarajocho, Minami-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture Inside Family Mart → Really! Inside Family Mart 16:00-00:00 Enjoy comparing different types of sake You can bring in food, so everyone bought snacks from Family Mart By the way, there are many sake museums in other prefectures, but the main store is in Kyoto and there are many other stores in Kyoto City. Please visit the store closest to your hotel. ‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥Recommended souvenirs
