Every time I come to Kyoto, I am amazed by the bustling scene of Kyoto Station. This station is not only a transportation hub, but also a microcosm of the city. The bustling crowds, colorful shops, and magnificent architectural design in the station seem to be telling me every story here. The building of Kyoto Station has been in use since 1997. It was designed by the famous architect Hiroji Hara. It combines modern industrial style with elements of traditional culture, giving people a strong artistic atmosphere as soon as they enter.
Kyoto Station has very convenient transportation and can be easily reached by Shinkansen, JR line, Kintetsu, or municipal subway. The business hours are from 6am to 12 midnight, allowing me to feel the pulse of the city at any time. Especially when I tasted authentic Kyoto ramen in the food court inside the station, the aroma was intoxicating 🍜.
However, the busyness of the station made me wonder, living in such a fast-paced city, are we also constantly chasing something? Behind every hurried figure, there may be a story of its own. Looking back, this city is not only a tourist destination, but also carries countless dreams and hopes. Through each person, I see the diversity and beauty of life.
From Kyoto Station, this is the ideal starting point whether you are heading to Kinkaku-ji Temple, Kiyomizu-dera Temple or Arashiyama. The history and culture of the scenic spots made me deeply appreciate the charm of Japan, and Kyoto Station is the connection between them all. Whenever I stand here, my heart is filled with love and respect for this city❤️.
Next time I come to Kyoto, no matter where I am, I will return to this vibrant station and let my soul find a little peace here.
