[Shiga] Omi Chanpon

A champon restaurant on the shores of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture

This is Omi champon, the soul food of Shiga residents.

It was so delicious!!

You can stop by on your way back from the Sagawa #ArtMuseum.

When you think of champon, you usually think of a thick, cloudy white soup, but this champon had a translucent soup made from fish bones, and was like Chinese noodles. I want to go again.
