Holiday Villa Langkawi: My Repeat Stay for a Reason

Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi is honestly one of the few hotels I always find myself coming back to whenever I’m in Langkawi. I’ve stayed here a few times already because I just feel super comfortable with the vibe and the facilities.

For this trip, I booked the Superior Double Room. It’s simple, spacious and cozy – nothing over the top, but it gets the job done perfectly. The only difference compared to the Deluxe Premium Room is the bathtub. Personally, I think the Superior is more worth it since it’s cheaper and still gives you the same comfort.

Now, the best part about Holiday Villa has to be the huge swimming pool. It’s perfect for chilling and relaxing with the beach right in front of you. If you’re staying in a suite, you’ll get access to the exclusive LaVilla Infinity Pool. But even if you’re not, no worries – you can buy a day pass for just RM25 per person and it comes with a free drink. Honestly, such a good deal if you want to enjoy that private infinity pool vibe with an amazing view.

Location-wise, the resort is super convenient. It’s right at Pantai Tengah and Pantai Cenang is just a short drive away where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops and activities. So it’s really easy if you feel like exploring outside the hotel.

In terms of facilities, Holiday Villa has pretty much everything – a spa, gym, tennis courts, kids’ playroom and even water sports. It works for all kinds of travelers, whether you’re here solo, with your partner or on a family trip.

Overall, Holiday Villa Langkawi is the kind of place that checks all the boxes – beachfront, amazing pool, laid-back vibes and a convenient location near Cenang. No wonder it’s one of my go-to stays every time I’m in Langkawi.
