This is a rooftop spot with a spectacular view of Cebu Island.
The drink menu is extensive, with a lineup of original drinks, including alcoholic beverages and cocktails, each named after a place in Cebu.

The drinks are also arranged wonderfully and are sure to look great on Instagram. They also have shisha.

The shaved ice was absolutely delicious. The mango shaved ice is especially delicious. Please try it.
