Lagari Snow Dragon Manor Resort Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary!

Time really flies! Looking back, we realize that Lagari Snow Dragon Manor Resort has been with everyone for a full decade. Every smile and touching moment has become the most precious memory of the manor.

Over these ten years, some have grown from fresh graduates into capable department managers; some have settled down in Lhasa, with their children now able to call every colleague by name. Together, we weathered the toughest times of the manor, never thinking of leaving. We are no longer just "colleagues": we are the warm cup of tea shared on snowy days, the instant noodles split during late-night overtime, the comforting pat on the shoulder with a "Don't worry, I'm here," and the pride in our eyes as we watch the manor thrive.

Countless mornings, we welcomed the first rays of sunlight shining on the manor together; countless nights, we only clocked out after checking the last guest room. Every wooden plank and every potted plant in the manor has witnessed our busy figures; every guest's compliment of "Your service is excellent" is a badge of honor we've earned together.

Ten years of ups and downs are not just empty words; they are the bonds forged day by day, task by task. Thank you all for not letting go of Snow Dragon's hand during the hardest times. Thank you to each and every one of us for turning "work" into "family-like companionship."

For the next ten years, Snow Dragon will still be here, and so will we—continuing to guard this manor, continuing to brew hot tea for guests and tell stories of the snowy mountains, and continuing to write each other's names into the next chapter of the manor's history.
