1️⃣ Heilongtan Park
No need to get up early, Black Dragon Pool Park is 2 kilometers away from Lijiang Old Town, where you can see the astounding Rizhao Jinshan Mountains

2️⃣ Qingxi Reservoir
Navigate to Qingxi Park, which is a niche attraction known to locals. The reservoir is very clear, and you can see the snow-capped mountains when you look up.

3️⃣ Zhongjihai Park
There is a large area of redwood trees here, where you can camp while looking at the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which is very pleasant.

4️⃣ Baisha Ancient Town
Among the three ancient towns in Lijiang, Baisha is my favorite. This ancient town is not big, but not so commercial. Order a cup of coffee and watch the snow-capped mountains on the rooftop in the afternoon.

5️⃣ Yuhu Village
Yuhu Village may be the most distinctive ancient village in Lijiang. The entire village is built of stone and hidden at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, secretly hidden from the world. Lijiang

There is a small lake at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. There is a lonely tree beside the lake, where cattle and sheep graze, it seems like a paradise.

7️⃣ Wen Hai
Not Xinjiang, but Lijiang’s Wenhai Village, lakes, grasslands, cattle and sheep... and the snow-capped mountains in the distance, as beautiful as a fairy tale.

8️⃣ Golden Pagoda Scenic Area
Lijiang's Shwedagon Pagoda and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain complement each other and are impressive.

About Rizhao Jinshan: As long as it is sunny in winter (December-January), it is very possible to see Rizhao Jinshan, with the sunrise around 8:00-8:15 in the morning.

🧥Weather clothing: Yunnan is one of the best tourist destinations in winter. The climate is comfortable and not cold. Wear a down jacket in the morning and evening, and a light jacket or jacket during the day.
