The Qingmeijian mountain area covers a total area of 13,199 mu (approximately 16,000 acres), with a forest coverage rate of 94.1%. It boasts East China's largest preserved natural Jiangnan Alder forest and various wetland resources. It is the source of Hao Creek, part of the Oujiang River system, and Yong'an Creek, part of the Lingjiang River system. The area boasts fresh air, pure water, and a pleasant climate. The forests experience diverse seasonal colors, and are rich in forest landscapes and wildlife, making it a renowned leisure and summer resort in Zhejiang Province.
