Lijiang has no direct flights from Taiwan, so you'll need to transfer. Your entire first day will be spent on transportation. We arrived in Lijiang at 7:00 PM, and the sky was still clear, with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right in front of us.

The reflection outside the hotel was stunning. The next day, we'll spend a quick stroll around Lijiang Old Town to acclimate ourselves.
