The Peony Garden usually opens in April when the peonies are in bloom for tourists to visit and enjoy the flowers. At the same time, it hosts a one- month Peony Tourism Festival, during which a series of cultural, leisure and entertainment activities are offered, such as admiring peonies, tasting snacks, and watching Qinqiang opera.
