Lijiang B&B ceiling! Sunshine Golden Mountain is visible to the naked eye, and the service is so thoughtful that you want to visit again

Who knew! I actually found such a perfect place to stay in Lijiang! Xiyu Shandu is truly amazing! Whether you're on a date with your significant other, with your family, or on a business trip, you'll find something truly enjoyable here. The best part is, you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the window, and with a little luck, you might even catch a glimpse of the sun shining over Golden Mountain! This trip was absolutely amazing!

First, let me tell you what surprised me the most—they catered to every need, and the service was incredibly attentive! We drove here, and were worried about parking near the Old Town. With free parking, it was a breeze!

And they really took care of the details! My husband and I both love drinking water, and we noticed the free Jingtian mineral water in the lobby. We even asked if it was free, and the lady smiled and said, "All you can drink, unlimited!"! There's also seasonal fruit 🍎, tea, and coffee available for free. I grabbed a few pieces of fruit and left them as snacks for the trip. Seeing this reminded me of the hotel's greatness. We originally booked a twin room, but since we were traveling with so many people, the staff upgraded us to a family room for free 🏠. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable!

If you're traveling with kids or friends, you absolutely must check out the billiard room on the second floor 🎱! My son had a blast playing there. After dinner, he played a couple of rounds with family and friends. No need to go out and play; we had so much fun right here at the hotel! One of our friends works in e-commerce and was worried about missing work. The hotel has a dedicated conference room 📋, complete with tables, chairs, and projector equipment. He held a virtual meeting and was so impressed that after it was over, he remarked, "This place is so much more comfortable than the office meeting room." For those of you who work, this is a must-try!

The rooms are also highly recommended! Newly opened B&Bs are truly unique. The rooms are spacious and zen-like, and the beds are incredibly soft and comfortable. 😌 The rooms are meticulously cleaned, even the corners are spotless. If you want to relax at night, you can borrow a free foot soak from the front desk, followed by a cup of their brown sugar ginger tea. 🍵 It completely washes away the fatigue of the day! The staff are always responsive and quick to resolve any issues, making the children feel incredibly comfortable.

Here’s the highlight! From the eighth floor, you can directly see the sun setting over Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – a breathtaking 360° panorama! 🤯 We were incredibly lucky; it didn’t rain during our visit. We went up to the eighth floor in the morning to wait and watch as the golden sunlight gradually filled the summit of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The entire snow-capped mountain came into clear view, with clouds drifting between the peaks. ☁ It felt like the whole world was bathed in a golden glow. ✨ We quickly grabbed our phone to take pictures. 📸 My social media was full of people asking for the address! Whether you're sitting in the room sipping tea or just relaxing during the day, looking up at the snow-capped mountains and blue sky is so relaxing!

The surroundings are also super convenient! Lijiang Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away. The Xiangshan Vegetable Market is also nearby, a popular spot for locals, making it super convenient for buying local specialties or fresh fruit. The hotel is also located in a residential area, making it quiet at night. After exploring the Old Town, you can head to the Sky Garden to enjoy the fresh air and the night view. You can skip the crowds and truly experience the romance of Lijiang.

We stayed here for two days and had a wonderful stay. I've already recommended this hotel to a friend, asking them to choose it next time they visit Lijiang! Whether you're looking for a quiet few days to admire the snow-capped mountains, a relaxing trip with family and friends, or even a work stopover, Xiyu Island Shandu is a perfect choice. You won't be disappointed!
