Amazing‼ ️When you come to Lijiang, you must try this local's private beef hotpot🏔️

Staying at the Mushanyuan Qieman Garden Hotel is incredibly convenient! It's within walking distance of the Old Town's South Gate. Best of all, there's a local favorite, Yushanfang, a beef hotpot restaurant nearby! This place is definitely a hidden gem in Lijiang's culinary scene!

I can't recommend enough about their beef! It's incredibly authentic, supposedly made from fresh, local beef. 🐂The beef sashimi is absolutely amazing! The thin slices of meat, dipped in a special sauce, are incredibly sweet and smooth, with absolutely no fishy smell at all! Anyone trying raw beef for the first time will love it!

The hot pot base is also very sophisticated, with both clear and spicy broth options available. I recommend warming your stomach with a bowl of clear soup before dipping the meat. The restaurant also offers a few side dishes, which are perfect with the beef.

Tips:
1️⃣ Mealtimes can be quite busy, so avoid peak times or make reservations in advance.
2️⃣ Beef sashimi should be served with wasabi soy sauce; be sure to ask the waiter for instructions.
3️⃣ Afterward, enjoy a stroll through the Old Town to digest your food; the night view is stunning!
