Shaxi's hidden gem in winter, this ancient town forgotten by time always brings unexpected surprises✨ Colorful clouds under the blue sky, ancient bridges shrouded in morning mist, and quietly flowing small rivers – every frame looks like it stepped out of a traditional Chinese ink painting~

🚶‍♀️Walking Guide:
📍Huian Bridge (middle section of Sideng Street)
You can see stunning morning mist between 7-8 AM. It's recommended to bring a telephoto lens to capture the ethereal beauty of the bridge and mist. Below the bridge is the Yujin River, which flows gently in winter, reflecting the old houses on both banks, creating a unique charm~

📍Sifang Street (central area of the ancient town)
The century-old houses here are well-preserved, and the Ouyang Grand Courtyard, a cultural heritage site, is right on the corner. After 10 AM, sunlight bathes the flagstone streets. Find a teahouse, order a cup of Pu'er tea, and you can relax all day.

📍Yujin River (runs through the entire town)
There are tons of hidden photo spots along the river! Two recommended locations:
1. Pioneer Bookstore riverside (No. 124 Sideng Street), excellent light and shadow in the afternoon.
2. Opposite the ancient opera stage, most beautiful when the sunset glow reflects in the evening.

⏰Reminder: Most shops in the ancient town are open from 9:00-18:00, but early morning and evening are the golden hours for photography!

🍲Heartwarming Cuisine:
✅Zuozuo Xiaoguan (No. 56 Sideng Street): The claypot rice made with their homemade cured ham is absolutely amazing.
✅Raven Coffee (near East Gate): The owner's hand-brewed Yunnan beans are worth a try.
✅Mint Cafe (next to Sifang Street): Freshly baked flower cakes paired with jasmine milk tea are a perfect match.

🏡Accommodation Tips:
✔️Preferably stay at an inn along the Yujin River; opening your window reveals an ink painting scroll.
✔️Several boutique guesthouses next to the ancient opera stage have the best locations.
✔️Remember to choose a room with floor heating in winter!

📸Photography Secrets:
1. The light is softest 1 hour after sunrise and 1 hour before sunset.
2. Wearing red/white clothing makes for better photos.
3. The flagstone paths by the river can be frosty, so wear non-slip shoes.
