Visiting Lingshui again, here are my honest feelings... still can't get enough of it

🌤️【Weather】
In May and June, the temperature in Lingshui ranges from about 25 to 33°C, but the UV rays are still strong, so be sure to prepare enough sunscreen. No need to worry much about rain; even if it rains, it’s usually just showers.
🚗【Transportation】
Lingshui has no airport; you can fly to Sanya or Haikou instead.
Self-driving: Sanya → Lingshui 1 hour, Haikou → Lingshui 3 hours
High-speed train: Sanya Station → Lingshui Station 21 minutes, Haikou → Lingshui 1.5 hours
⚠ Public transportation in Lingshui is inconvenient, so travel mainly relies on self-driving or taxis.
🏨【Accommodation】
1️⃣ Stay near Qingshui Bay, close to Qingshui Bay Food Street. Most hotels are near the beach, just step outside to the 🌊, suitable for sisters with a sufficient budget. If your budget is limited, you can stay in a guesthouse.
2️⃣ Booking a room at Bianjiezhou Island Sea Fishing Club includes scenic area tickets. Staying on the island is a very special experience with beautiful scenery, but the hotel facilities are somewhat outdated.
3️⃣ If you plan to visit R&F Ocean World, consider staying one night at R&F Hyatt. You can choose a package deal, which is more cost-effective for both staying and playing.

✅ Kid-friendly attractions
📍 Bianjiezhou Island
A perfect island for family trips, with crystal-clear jelly-like sea and kid-favorite activities like feeding stingrays and the ocean theater. Buy tickets online 1 hour in advance.
📍 R&F Ocean Happy World
A must-visit for kids, this place perfectly combines an aquarium and amusement park 🎠. Spend one day here to experience the same sea train as in Studio Ghibli (South Sea Train), ocean theater, South Sea Secret, mermaid show, fireworks, and more.
📍 Monkey Island + Daidai Island
❶ Take a cable car to the island (overlooking the Danjia fishing rafts and interacting with monkeys)
❷ Take the 8 RMB water bus; after arriving, the tide-pooling spot is on the left
➌ Drive to Tianlang Hotel; near Nanwan Village, you can see monkeys. Walk along the sea boardwalk to tide-pool, collect shells, and catch starfish and sea urchins → after arriving at the hotel, continue forward to the Daidai Island entrance. Entrance tickets are required. Check out the pink bus, pink beach chairs, swings, and more.
📍 Land Turtle Base
Children’s ticket 39 RMB. You can feed land turtles and bathe them. There are also small animals like marmots, alpacas, peacocks, and rabbits inside.
📍 Qingshui Bay Beach (Navigation: Whisper Hotel)
You don’t have to stay at the hotel to enjoy the beach. The seawater quality is good, the sand is fine, and you can ride the popular seaside mini train. Nearby is the same free lighthouse featured in "Her" (The Vanished).

🦀 Tide-pooling spots
📍 Gangmenling (Navigation: Hongfa Seafood Restaurant)
You can find sea urchins, sea snails 🐚, octopus, bread crabs, and also collect shells.
📍 Chiling (Navigation: Chiling Gas Station)
There are many hermit crabs and sea urchins. At sunset, you can see the stunning orange sea.
