A "Golden Secret" Hidden in Linyi City! This Location is Absolutely Perfect

Right next to the elevated road in Linyi city lies a unique ancient ginkgo forest found nowhere else in the country📍 Shengsheng Garden is located on the south bank of the Penghe River in Lanshan District, not far north from the intersection of Mengshan Avenue and Shuangling Elevated Road. On the left is the city traffic, and on the right is a golden secret with ginkgo trees over 300 years old. This geographical location is truly magical!

The key is that this ginkgo forest is very special! It’s not the usual single trees standing alone, but clusters of 5-10 trees growing together, with the largest cluster having as many as 22 trees. It is said that after surviving earthquakes and war-related logging, the trees regrew from old roots, which is how the name "Shengsheng" meaning "endless life" came about. Walking on the golden carpet made of fallen leaves, looking up at the 30-meter-high canopy woven by branches and leaves, sunlight filters down like dancing gold fragments. Sitting on any tree stump to take photos feels like stepping into a fairy tale.

Walking south along the riverbank leads to the Calligraphy Square, where you can experience the blend of ink fragrance and autumn scenery; or buy a skewer of candied hawthorn at the entrance and listen to local elders share stories about how this ginkgo forest went from being "electric pole material" to a "city’s golden brand." The light at three or four in the afternoon is the gentlest, and photos taken then naturally have a warm filter effect, no editing needed.
