Located on the banks of the Oujiang River in Lishui, Zhejiang Province, the scenic area is divided into the Old Weir and the Painting Village, separated by the Oujiang River. Traveling by boat, you'll find the Old Weir on the north side, home to lush, thousand-year-old camphor trees. The ancient Tongji Weir, with its gurgling water flowing over ancient rocks, creates a scene that feels like walking into a painting. With breathtaking ink and color, the scenery resembles a fusion of The Wizard of Oz and Jiangnan ink wash painting. Walking through the painting feels like stepping into a fairyland! After visiting the Old Weir, take a boat to the Painting Village. Step onto the bluestone slopes, where ancient Ming and Qing dynasty houses are hidden behind closed doors. Teahouses dot the alleys of the Painting Village, where you can sip tea and gaze at the picturesque mists of the Oujiang River. Stroll along the Oujiang River, and the boats lining its shores resemble a landscape painting. The poetic beauty is so captivating that it leaves you speechless!
