Bring your own gear if possible, otherwise rentals are available in local towns. Many travel agencies now offer small group tours.
When camping, protect the environment and don't litter🚮 - local garbage collection is challenging.
Summer brings frequent rain, though not everywhere daily - stay safe while exploring.
New visitors may experience altitude sickness - avoid strenuous activity and bring glucose, oxygen tanks, and Coca-Cola.
