Hidden China Gem

Liuzhou is a hidden gem in Guangxi, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and rich ethnic culture. The city is defined by the winding Liujiang River, with its stunning karst landscapes and a spectacular night view, especially from a boat cruise. Beyond the city center, I was captivated by the traditional architecture of the Dong ethnic minority in the Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, especially the magnificent Drum Towers and the intricate Wind and Rain Bridges. The food, particularly the famous luosifen (snail noodles), is a must-try for any adventurous foodie. Liuzhou is a vibrant and memorable destination.
