The Fujian Yunling Mountain Scenic Area is located along National Highway 316 in Longdou, Shuibei Town, Shaowu City, Fujian Province, just 15 kilometers from the city center. The planned development area covers 17 square kilometers, with a total planned investment of 2.13 billion yuan. The development axis runs from National Highway 316 to the Yunling Mountain peak, which reaches 1,370 meters above sea level. The main tourism project, developed in three phases, will utilize the 10.88-kilometer-long Fuchan Creek and its banks. It has been designated a key tourism project in Fujian Province.

The scenic spot takes "focusing on environmental protection, ensuring safety and brand-new tourism" as its development concept, and is built strictly in accordance with the national AAAA-level scenic spot standards. It is built into a high-end tourism brand that provides comprehensive tourism services in an all-round, multi-functional and diversified manner. The first phase of the scenic spot focuses on canyon rafting, star-rated hotels, high-end specialty restaurants, and island health hot springs, integrating adventure, entertainment and leisure.
