Guanshan Prairie is located in the southwestern part of Long County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. It's a national AAAA-level tourist attraction with the reputation of being a "Little Tianshan" and "Natural Cool Capital."

🚗Transportation Guide

- Self-driving: From Xi'an, take the Lianhuo Expressway, transfer to the Baohan Expressway, then follow Longzhou Avenue and Guanshan Avenue directly to the Visitor Center.
- Public transportation: First take a bus from Xi'an Bus Station or West City Bus Station to Long County Bus Station, then transfer to a tourist bus to Guanshan Prairie Scenic Area.
- Group tours: If you don't want to worry about transportation, accommodation, etc., joining a tour is convenient but might be less flexible.

🎫Tickets and Fees

Adult tickets are 60 yuan/person, students get half-price with student ID, seniors over 65 and children under 1.2m are free. Parking fee is 10 yuan/time with no time limit.

Recommended stay: 2 days and 1 night.

- Day 1: Visitor Center → Guanshan Grand Canyon → Camel Bell Valley → Folk Custom Town. After entering the park in the morning, visit Guanshan Grand Canyon, have lunch at the scenic area restaurant, head to Camel Bell Valley in the afternoon, then go to Folk Custom Town to check in and explore. Join the bonfire party at night, and stargaze if the weather permits.
- Day 2: Folk Custom Town → Grass Sliding Field → Zip-line Area → Anzi Valley RV Campsite → Return. Wake up early to see the sunrise, visit the grass sliding field and zip-line area in the morning, or go horseback riding. Have lunch at a restaurant near Anzi Valley RV Campsite, take photos at the campsite in the afternoon before heading back.

⚠️Important Notes

Guanshan Prairie has a high elevation with temperatures much lower than urban areas. Even in summer, you'll need thick outerwear, and the weather changes frequently, so bring rain gear. UV radiation is strong on the prairie, so take sun protection measures. When horseback riding, follow the instructor's guidance and pay attention to safety. Also, protect the prairie environment and don't litter.
