Vintage hotdogs in Los Angeles 🌭

If you think visiting LA is all about Universal Studios, Hollywood, or shopping in Beverly Hills, think again! One of the most memorable experiences we had was going on a boat tour to see dolphins in the Pacific Ocean! 🌊☀️
🛥 Where does it start?
We booked a tour departing from Marina del Rey (though some might choose Long Beach or Newport Beach depending on their location). It was a Dolphin & Whale Watching Cruise that lasted about 2–3 hours.
🕐 The boats usually depart late morning to afternoon, with several time slots available.
🐬 What did we see?
We were incredibly lucky! About 40 minutes after leaving the shore, the captain pointed out a pod of dolphins swimming alongside the boat, almost as if they were racing us! 😍 Unfortunately, we couldn’t capture it on camera in time.
🌊 Onboard atmosphere
The boat had two levels, with both covered and open-air seating areas.
There were staff members sharing interesting facts about marine life along the way.
Snacks, drinks, and clean restrooms were available.
It was quite windy, so don’t forget a jacket or a secure sun hat.
🎯 Things to know before booking
Choose a sunny day and check the wind forecast. Rough seas can cause seasickness.
Booking online in advance is cheaper, and you can select morning or afternoon slots.
If you’re prone to seasickness, bring medication.
A zoom lens camera or GoPro will help you capture amazing shots.
💬 Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations at first, but seeing the dolphins up close was truly heartwarming. It felt like stepping into a National Geographic documentary 🌎. It made me realize that LA isn’t just about the city lights—its coastal experiences are equally breathtaking 💙.
