🍽 How to eat Hitsumabushi in 3 steps
1️⃣ Eat it as it is
– Enjoy the flavor of the crispy grilled eel
2️⃣ Add toppings and eat
– Enhance the flavor with green onions, seaweed, and wasabi
3️⃣ Enjoy it Ochazuke style
– Pour warm broth over it for a refreshing finish✨

For those who love eel, you will be more satisfied as you can experience various flavors in one bowl!

Actually, I didn't like eel rice bowls or Unadon because of the muddy taste of the eel. But after eating Hitsumabushi, my opinion completely changed..! The eel is finely chopped, making it very tender and without any bones. It was also very easy to eat with the rice and eel together in one bite.
Personally, I liked eating it Ochazuke style the best. The combination of the savory sauce and warm broth was so delicious!

📸 Visit Review
When the food was served, the staff gave us a lantern with the restaurant's name on it, allowing us to take beautiful photos! The attention to detail in their service was really impressive.

Also, since we made an online reservation for more than 4 people, we were guided to a private room! It was cozy and private, which was great.
