Royal Palace of Luang Prabang

The Royal Palace of Luang Prabang is the old palace of the King of Luang Prabang. This place has beautiful architecture and the building is also a mix of European architecture. Nowadays, it has become an important museum and is open to tourists. Inside, there are bedrooms, working rooms, a large audience hall, a ceremonial room, a reception room, and others, including the belongings, royal costumes of the king, queen, and Lao royal family during the reign of King Sri Savang Vong until the reign of King Sri Savang Vatthana, the last king of Laos. In addition, this place is also home to Phra Bang, an ancient Buddha image and a symbol of Luang Prabang.
