Luang Prabang international airport is a small airport but is the second largest airport. In Lao PDR with well designed of Lao building style. Driving from town to airport will take you only 20- 30 minutes, so it is very short distance from old town.

The departure and arrival hall itself, it is not so big and less crowded during the low season ( March - September) but it can be very busy during a peak season which starting from October to end of February.

How to get there:

If you are in town, then easy to catch a TUk TUK ( Kind of taxi) or Minibus shuttle which will cost you about 50,000kip for one person
If you hire whole tuk Tuk then will cost you about 80,000 to 120,000 kip per trip.
