Hailuogou Dongga Lamasery

located on the way to between Campsite n.2 and Campsite n.3, is a beautiful religious complex with Buddhist praying wheels and the typical Buddhist images painted on rocks with vivid color.
How to get there? I did hike down from Campsite N.3.
There’s a beautiful 3.6km walkway in the middle of the tropical rainforest landscape formed by the glacier. At an altitude of 2780-2940m it the subalpine warm temperature zone coniferous forest.
It is one of the best places in Hailuogou, few tourists walk this path…you are completely immerse in the nature…and you can admire different trees shapes, read interesting signs about the animal living there or the vegetation.
They have even decorate some trees with the local panda.
This place is definitely for nature lovers!
