Luoping's hidden gem, Duoyi River Scenic Area.

❤️ I didn't have high expectations before going, but I was completely captivated by the scenery.
❤️ There aren't many people in the scenic area, so it's nice to take a leisurely walk along the water. The shade from the trees and the water make it feel cool.
❤️ Recommended route:
Take a bamboo raft (CNY 15/person), walk, and then take a sightseeing bus back (CNY 25/person).
Scenic area ticket: CNY 45/person (discounts available on group-buying apps).
❤️ Tips:
The bamboo raft can only seat one person and takes about 10 minutes. It's mainly for enjoying the scenery in the middle of the river.
❤️ The remaining walking distance is about 5 km. The road is flat, so you can walk and stop to take photos. It's not tiring to walk the whole way, but wear comfortable flat shoes. If you get tired, you can flag down a sightseeing bus.
❤️ There are several crooked trees by the water that make for great photos. Be careful.
You can fish in the scenic area. There are many horse mouth fish in the river, so it's a paradise for anglers.
❤️ It's best to go in the morning and return when the temperature rises at noon.
❤️ Don't go during the rainy season, as the water is completely muddy. The scenic area is in the mountains, so there is a risk of landslides along the way.
