China Horse Town, an unforgettable grassland carnival awaits you!

Escaping the 40°C summer heat 😄, I took my kids to China Horse Town on Bashang Grassland. The whole family was amazed by the spectacular horse-themed 🐴 performances, child-friendly theater shows, 👧 outdoor amusement parks, and the grand fireworks display 🎉 in the evening. Best of all, it's over 10 degrees cooler than Beijing❗

Here’s my two-day, one-night family-friendly itinerary—🏝️ I’ve done all the planning for you! Like ❤️ first and study it later!

🐴 How to spend a day in Horse Town 👉🏻
9:00 AM – Enter the park and enjoy 15 street performances, 💃 with attractions and shows at every turn.
11:00 AM – Theater 1: "Warrior Zhao Zilong," a thrilling live-action horse battle. Nearby is the Royal Stables, where you can see 🐎🐎 legendary Akhal-Teke horses up close.
3:30 PM – Theater 5: "Akhal-Teke," a must-see children’s play full of adorable fun 🧒.
5:00 PM – Theater 8: "Legend of the White Horse," 💃 a grand dance drama about the grassland’s white horse legend.
6:00 PM – Theater 9: "Equestrian Show," featuring aerial acrobatics and circus acts—kids will be wide-eyed with wonder! Highly recommended!
7:00 PM – The sunset at Love Horse Farm is breathtaking. 🌺 Grill at the tent ⛺ campsite, 🍖 and snap some ethnic-style grassland photos!
7:30 PM – After the park closes, dine at the food street, then join the electric music party starting at 8:30 PM.
10:30 PM – End the day with a dazzling fireworks show 🎉.

Between performances, head to Sky Horse Amusement Park 😃 for 17 free rides! Hero Square’s shaded play area is perfect for avoiding the sun 🌞.
