Overall, a highly comfortable and fantastic experience at Ozen Madahoo. We were fortunate with the excellent weather during our visit. The people were pleasant, the service commendable, the tennis court superb, and the food excellent! On a five-star scale, I'd rate the food a solid 5 stars; the Indian cuisine was particularly impressive and thoroughly enjoyed. Drinks were outstanding too, with a wide selection of wines and whiskeys. One suggestion would be to introduce more options for Chinese cuisine. With almost 70% of guests during our stay being from China, it's more sensible to cater to their growing presence. Service earns a 4-star rating. Overall, it was satisfactory; we proposed to manager Elizabeth the idea of adding an umbrella at the tennis court for shade on our first day, and by the next day, it was in place. Hakeem and Mannu provided excellent service to us during lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and our butler Tuya was very responsive to our needs. A shout-out to Vipin and the management team. The only downside was the snorkeling and fishing experience. We didn't enjoy the complimentary snorkeling tour, though we saw sharks and turtles during our purchased excursions. Perhaps offering different snorkeling sites might enhance the experience. Fishing was also disappointing; only one fish was caught among 20 people. It could have been an off day for fishing, or perhaps a change in location might yield better results.
