A magical place that transforms you from a 'corporate slave' to an 'islander' in seconds!

The Maldives is another place that's been on my bucket list for a long time, and now I've finally checked it off.
We were traveling with a family of four in July, prepared for rain and storms. The only heavy rain we encountered was only one day, so we just slept in the hotel.
In the first part, we traveled with Air Asia. I bought an extra bag for one person, and then purchased a two-night accommodation package with Air Asia for 62,000 baht, including breakfast and dinner.
When we arrived at the airport, we didn't want to pay for the ferry, so we tried to find a public ferry. It wasn't too difficult.
When we arrived at the airport, we took the ferry to Male. It cost 1 USD per person. When we arrived in Male, we walked a bit to the pier. There, you can buy a ticket. Cash only. It costs 2 USD per person to Maafushi.
The ferry departs around 3 PM, so we had to wait about 2 hours because we got off the Air Asia flight around noon.
Once we arrived in Maafushi, we could walk straight to our accommodation.
