Incredible Stay at the Pullman Maldives

Seven of us were on a trip together during the Christmas holidays. We reserved three rooms: a beach bungalow with a pool， a water villa， and a water villa with a pool. It was our inaugural visit to the Maldives， but after thorough research and reading reviews， we had high hopes for the Pullman—and it certainly delivered! The food was exceptional， the location was breathtaking， the rooms were spacious and modern， and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The journey to the resort was lengthy， and inter-island flights often face delays (so brace yourself for a wait)， but once you arrive， you're in paradise. The underwater scenery was outstanding! Each day we would walk/swim roughly a quarter-mile (around 15 minutes from the beach) to reach the deeper area/house reef. We encountered so many fish， turtles， sharks， and eagle rays. Some of the best house reefs we’ve snorkeled didn't even require a boat to reach. We embarked on several excursions: a house snorkeling tour， a private island tour， night snorkeling， and sunset fishing. The snorkeling and sunset fishing were part of our stay， while we paid extra for the rest. They were worth every penny! We also enjoyed various resort activities such as a pool dive to learn scuba， mocktail and cooking classes， plus massages. The Pullman excelled in organizing special holiday events， including a Christmas Eve beach dinner with fire dancers， LED light shows， pool parties， and Santa on the beach. At one point， approximately 100 staff members were preparing the beach dinner. They also maintained the beach and grounds， with early morning sand raking and plant trimming. The resort WiFi was fast and available everywhere—in rooms/villas， restaurants， pool areas， essentially across the island. The WiFi was essential for using the resort app "Staytus" to view menus， daily activities， request a buggy， ask questions， or make dinner reservations. Overall， the holiday was incredible， and we highly recommend the Pullman! Special thanks to the staff (especially Evalyn) for crafting a fantastic holiday!
