In addition to the above dishes, North Pavilion also offers many other mouth-watering Sichuan delicacies. I tasted the fried and roasted lamb membrane. The tenderness of the lamb and the spiciness of the chili complemented each other, leaving me with an endless aftertaste. The meat filling of the fresh meat dumplings is delicious and juicy, and the sweet fragrance of the skillfully made brown sugar glutinous rice cake and the soft and glutinous texture of the glutinous rice cake complement each other.
