I arrived at the Venetian, a luxurious resort full of glamour. Here, I found a Chinese restaurant called "Northern Pavilion". As soon as I entered the North Pavilion, I was immediately attracted by its exquisite and modern decoration. The restaurant is spacious and bright, and the tables and chairs are elegantly arranged, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere.
I tried several signature dishes at the North Restaurant, including the Old Chengdu Pickled Fish, White-Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce, and Shikumen Drunken Chicken. First of all, I was deeply impressed by the Old Chengdu Pickled Fish. The sourness of sauerkraut and the freshness of fish blend perfectly, and the spicy taste of chili makes the whole dish more appetizing. Next, the pork with mashed garlic on the hanging rod gave me a different taste experience. The rich aroma of mashed garlic and the tender taste of meat make this dish very delicious. The Shikumen Drunken Chicken brought me a unique enjoyment. The mellow taste of Huadiao wine and the fragrant aroma of roses were integrated into the meat of the drunken chicken, leaving me with an endless aftertaste.
In addition to the above dishes, North Pavilion also offers many other mouth-watering Sichuan delicacies. I tasted the fried and roasted lamb membrane. The tenderness of the lamb and the spiciness of the chili complemented each other, leaving me with an endless aftertaste. The meat filling of the fresh meat dumplings is delicious and juicy, and the sweet fragrance of the skillfully made brown sugar glutinous rice cake and the soft and glutinous texture of the glutinous rice cake complement each other. In addition, Sichuan Dandan noodles is also one of the dishes in the Northern Restaurant. The combination of spicy sauce and thin noodles made me feel the unique charm of Sichuan pepper.
