The Northern Restaurant at the Venetian is my current favorite Sichuan cuisine.

The mutton sandwich is delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mutton is seasoned with cumin. Please don't order it if you don't like cumin. The onion is too fresh and spicy.

Garlic pork, meat slices and cucumber, refreshing and delicious.

Sweet and sour sauce wrapped in fried pork chops is super delicious and children love it very much.

Candied banana. Personally, I prefer bananas. Purple sweet potatoes are too filling. You can also have half of each. A bowl of ice water will be included for you to dip in first. This will make the candy more crispy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, cold on the outside and hot on the inside, so be careful not to burn your mouth. .
