Its history dates back to the 18th century. The Macao Post building was designed taking into account the ideas of Portuguese architect Carlos Rebelo de Andrade and Chinese architect Chan Kun Pui. With colonial markings on the exterior walls, it resembles lots of constructions from Portugal in the same period, specially in big cities like Lisbon and Oporto. The Macao Post Office has several services such as normal and rapid mail, but also EMS and others. It is wide inside as well.

It’s close to a series of important sites such as the Leal Senado Building and Senado Square, but also São Domingos Market and Church, and a five-minute walk away from the Ruins of St.Paul
