Cheng Chang Hotel - Macau

In addition to souvenirs, there is also a famous restaurant in Taipa Guan Ye Street that specializes in the famous water crab congee - Seng Chang Restaurant.

Every time I go to Macau, I go here for a simple meal, because there are so many delicious food in Guan Ye Street. Ordered a large water crab congee, fried snails, a lobster tongue, plus a double (catfish balls and squid balls), it seems quite a lot

The congee is rich enough, with crab meat and crab paste. It has a very crab flavour. But there will be crab shell crumbs, need to pay attention. Long tongue is average, measured by price and portion. It looks like there is only half a lobster. The meat of the fried snails is quite soft, but inevitably there is sand. The catfish balls and cuttlefish balls were good and you could try them (I was too hungry to take pictures).

The interior of the hotel was spacious, and they rented another unit, which was quite neat and had room for improvement in service attitude. They also have beef offal snacks. If you want to compare, you can still buy and try them.
