Last time I introduced Macau in-depth tour, I mentioned that I wanted to eat one called
Time After Time Cafe finally took the time to come today
With help from Macau people, I finally arrived by bus!

Time After Time Cafe, which has been in business for nine years, is a popular cafe in Macau. The bread is made fresh every day and supplied to major hotel restaurants every day. As soon as you enter the shop, you can smell the aroma of bread, which whets your appetite. It turns out that next to the seat is the kitchen where the bread is made, no wonder the smell is so fragrant.

Every day many people line up to buy bread to take home and taste slowly, when you try freshly baked bread you can't go back. The mouthfeel and the warmth and aroma of the bread just out of the oven are unforgettable once you try it.

Let's start with a French chocolate Danish pastry, the unbeatable crispy crust, paired with a cup of French 🇫🇷 chocolate is simply human enjoyment. This combination is what I often ate when I was in college. I didn't expect to taste it in Macau comparable to France.

Then try the traditional French bread Campagne
The bread itself uses 100% yeast variety, and 10% Lupine variety
Egg-free, milk-free, sugar-free, butter-free, mainly healthy

The freshly baked Campagne is hot and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, a bit like a pastry and a bit smoky, and sweet rum grapes, very refreshing and full of satiety.

Finally, eat the rare "Matcha Ice Cream Toast Mountain"
The boss saw us coming from Hong Kong🇭🇰 and didn't want us to be disappointed
Originally, the new shop does not sell "Matcha Ice Cream Toast Mountain" yet.
They made a mini version for us to try
Fortunately, this is a mini version, even the mini version is so big 🤣

The boss knows I like chocolate, so he replaced the top layer of ice cream with chocolate flavor, underneath is layer after layer of mini toast, and sprinkled with plenty of matcha sauce and chocolate sauce. The appearance alone is extremely attractive.

The mini toast is full of matcha flavor, and there are many red beans in the middle of the bread, which is sweet and fragrant, plus the slight sweetness of the red beans. The bite is quite smoky.

Matcha lovers must try it, it will definitely make you want to eat again.
