【Huaiyang Xiaoyan】Find Michelin restaurants in Macau⭐️

[Huaiyang Xiaoyan] is the only newly selected Michelin one-star restaurant in Macau in 2023♥️My friends and I also came to try it😋The restaurant is located in the Londoner Hotel Macau.

Before I started enjoying the food, I could already feel the warm hospitality from the waiter before I entered the restaurant. This was my first good impression of the restaurant! 👍🏻

The Huaiyang cuisine in the restaurant is prepared by Chef Zhou Xiaoyan, the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage and known as the "Godfather of Huaiyang Cuisine". Every dish is very delicate and delicious!

This time we ordered a 10-course meal:
• Huaiyang Classic Cold Dishes
• Crab meat, egg white and tofu soup
•Jinling Salted Duck
• Braised lion's head with crab roe
• Steamed Carp with 20-year-old Huadiao Sauce
• Australian lobster slices
• Kagoshima Wagyu beef in sour soup
• Jadeite White Jade
•Eel baked rice
• Stewed bird's nest with rock sugar and pear

When serving each dish, the waiter will carefully introduce the ingredients and cooking methods, which is very attentive! We also had a very satisfying meal♥️

Two of the places worth praising are:
👍🏻Since I can't eat spicy food, the chef specially changed the sour soup Kagoshima Wagyu beef into black truffle grilled Japanese black pork meat for me
👍🏻👍🏻This time my friend and I came here to celebrate completing a year's work. Unexpectedly, the restaurant sent us a cake and a card, and even left a message for us on the card🥰It was really heartwarming!

For me, food quality is important, but the human touch of the restaurant is more attractive 😉 [Huaiyang Xiaoyan] has achieved it 👍🏻
