The Galaxy Hotel really lives up to its reputation! This time I brought my family to Macau for fun, and I chose Galaxy mainly because of their "Grand Resort Hotel" swimming pool area. The kids played in the water until they didn’t want to leave, and the adults could relax and sunbathe on the beach, giving the whole place a full holiday feel.
The room design is modern and stylish, the bed is very comfortable to sleep in, and the night is quiet and undisturbed. Free Mini Bar drinks and snacks are also provided in the room, which is very thoughtful. The hotel has a wide range of facilities, from high-end restaurants, shopping malls to cinemas and casinos, so you won't be bored all day long.
The service attitude is first-rate, whether it is checking in, calling room service or asking about the restaurant, there is a prompt response. The only small suggestion is to arrange the check-in time earlier as there are more people checking in.
Overall, if you want to have an all-round enjoyment trip, Galaxy Hotel is definitely the best choice!
