Macau 2-day and 1-night leisurely travel and dining itinerary sharing

#澳门之旅 Macau 2-day and 1-night leisurely travel and eating itinerary sharing
🇲🇴Sometimes you really don’t need to fly too far. It only takes more than an hour by boat from Hong Kong to Macau. A two-day and one-night mini trip is just right. This time I mainly want to relax + eat delicious food + take photos. The itinerary is not tight, so I can spend a relaxing weekend!

Day 1|Cultural walk in Macau Peninsula + Old Street Food
☁️ Morning|Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal➡️Send luggage to hotel first

• As soon as I got off the boat, I felt the air slow down
• I stayed near Grand Lisboa this time, so it was convenient to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Souvenir Street

⛪ Noon|Ruins of St. Paul's + Love Lane + St. Dominic's Church

• Must-see check-in spots! Beautiful no matter how you shoot
• Love Lane is perfect for OOTD photos, with a European alley feel
• The Rose Hall is very beautiful and peaceful. I recommend going in for a walk.

🍽️ Afternoon|Walking and eating on the souvenir street

• Try the pork chop buns, Portuguese tarts, and almond cookies!
• I also bought cod balls, they were really delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
• Stop by Ju Ji to buy souvenirs~ The boss also gave us food tastings, which was very kind

🛍️ Evening|Senado Square+Avenida Almeida Ribeiro Night Walk

• The area around the Forum is lit up at night and has a great atmosphere
• There are several Portuguese restaurants. I went to "The Light of Portugal". The atmosphere was nice and the paella was delicious!
• After dinner, we went to Yishun Dairy Company, the stewed milk was just the right sweetness

Day 2|Taipa Little Paris + Coloane Slow Travel
☀️ Morning|Photos at the Parisian Hotel + Shopping at the Venetian

• The Eiffel Tower in Paris is really good to take pictures of, just like the real one
• There is a skylight block in the hotel, imitating Parisian architecture + a ceiling with blue sky and white clouds, it feels like you have been to Europe
• Then go shopping at The Venetian, enjoy the air conditioning and buy some boutiques (duty-free is super convenient)

☕ Noon|Go to Coloane Village for a little slow life

• Take a taxi to Coloane, I love this little village
• Andrew’s Portuguese tarts are original and really better than the ones in the city!
• The village is very quiet, the colorful walls and the small church are very cute, and there is also a beach where you can take a walk
• Find a small coffee shop and sit there. You really don’t want to leave.

🛥️ Afternoon|Return to the hotel to pick up luggage➡️Take the boat back to Hong Kong

• I was reluctant to leave on the way back, but I really gained a lot in just two days

Travel Tips:

• You can download the "Macau Pass" App to take the bus very conveniently
• There are fewer people on weekdays than on weekends, so it is nice and comfortable to take photos
• There are many cobblestone streets in Macau, so it is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Macau is really suitable for a short trip without having to do too much homework, and you don’t have to worry about language barriers. You will find surprises wherever you go. Next time I want to go to Taipa to eat Michelin~
