Wing Lei | Wynn Macau

The environment is as exquisite as the dishes, it's the kind of Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant where you don't need to say much—you just sit down and know it's going to be solid.

This time I mainly tried several traditional Cantonese dishes + dim sum, and my overall impression is:
🔥 Perfect cooking technique, clean flavors, not heavily seasoned yet very flavorful—the kind of "refined Cantonese cuisine" where you can taste the skill.
Whether it's the soup, sauces, or main dishes, everything has that old-school Cantonese "restraint," yet doesn't lack creative details.

The service rhythm is perfectly balanced—explanations are clear without being intrusive, making for a very relaxed experience.
The environment is worth mentioning:
The color scheme draws inspiration from Van Gogh's "Sunflowers," with bright yellow as the main color accented by coral orange, complemented by Chinese moon gates and that flying dragon sculpture inlaid with 90,000 crystals... visually stunning but not over-the-top, with perfect East-West fusion, and photo opportunities everywhere.

📌 Recommend booking early, as popular times get booked up quickly.
📌 Suitable for family gatherings, and also perfect for showing out-of-town friends "what high-end Cantonese cuisine is all about."
