Mandarin Oriental Macau｜A perfect trip full of surprises 🌟🏨

Earlier, we checked into the Mandarin Oriental Macau and embarked on a two-day and one-night trip full of surprises!

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, everything feels so natural and relaxing. Fortunately 🍀, the hotel was able to arrange early check-in and room upgrade, which instantly lifted our mood to the peak 😄!

The attentive service of the housekeeping team is unforgettable. When we came back in the evening, the room attendant had already completed the turndown service for us. They tidied the room so carefully that they even used Velcro to tie up all the charging cables except the one I put on the table. 🪄I am pleasantly surprised by this thoughtfulness 🤩.

Special mention to Roche from the concierge team, his service was impeccable! Although our stay was short, he greeted us warmly every time he saw us and called me by my last name accurately. I could totally feel the warm service ❤️.

He took the initiative to care about our needs. For example, when we went out for a walk, Roche reminded us to bring an umbrella and provided it to us. This kind of detail is really heartwarming ☔.

Time passed quickly, and the view of the Macau Tower and the tranquil sea view from the room before checking out made this trip a perfect end 🌊.

When we checked out, Roche not only gave us a hotel luggage tag as a souvenir, but also arranged a car to take us to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port for free. The service was so thoughtful that I have nothing to say 🚗.

Every detail of Mandarin Oriental Macau is full of surprises, thank you for your excellent service, we will definitely come back! 🙌 This is definitely home away from home.
