[Macau] Dumbo’s 20-year classic Portuguese dishes: roasted pork knuckles and codfish are still delicious!

There are many Portuguese restaurants in Macau🇲🇴, the older ones include Flying Elephant, Puppet, and Sullivan. Today I returned to Macau and came to Flying Elephant in Guan Ye Street.

Ordered four simple dishes, two signature dishes, horse-drawn ball and grilled pork hands, still flavorful, especially the crust of grilled pork hands, served on the table is hot, crispy 😋 horse-shot ball potato flavor is rich, and there are many horse-drawn fish strips!

The stewed rice with dried pork and sausage can be stir-fried a little dry😌
