The front desk attendant, Sisi, was excellent. She was not only friendly but also remembered guests even after their stay. During our stay, she actively assisted with room changes and other support, especially when we encountered noise issues. Her attitude was truly commendable. The room comes with a free minibar upon check-in, but even if you stay multiple days, it's only available once. However, you can enjoy free access to the Grand Wave Garden and Kids' Playground at the Galaxy Hotel. #AndazMacau
