Sirao Garden is like a little

Sirao Garden is like a little amsterdam in Cebu, Philippines. They made a lot of improvements to make the place more elegant, which is why this is also the most visited place in Cebu. Aside from the stunning view of sea of flowers, they have structures that really creates the place vibrant. During this rainy season, the place is quite cold and, for me, the best season to visit the garden because the vast collection of flowers bloom.
