Speaking of Spain, chocolate-dipped churros are a must-try!
So, I'll introduce two cafes in Madrid and Barcelona. 💁
1. [Chocolateria San Gines]
This cafe is open 24 hours a day.
I visited around lunchtime, and the place was packed!
However, there's seating in the basement, which was pretty empty.
Six churros and chocolate came to 5.9€ (1,022 yen). (※2024.07)
We ate as a group of two, and we were more than satisfied!
The salty dough was crispy and delicious! 🤤
The chocolate wasn't too sweet, and was delicious.
Even though they're deep-fried, they're easy to eat! ❤️
🕰️Hours: Open 24 hours
📍Location: Pasadizo de San Ginés, 5, Centro, 28013 Madrid, Spain
2. [Xurreria Laietana]
I went here because I absolutely wanted to try the chocolate topped with whipped cream!
It seems to be very popular, as the place was fully booked!
I managed to get a seat at the counter and finally got my churros with chocolate whipped cream!
It was amazing - freshly fried churros with whipped cream and chocolate!
It was only 4€ (687 yen).
🕰️Hours: 7:00-21:30 (hours may vary depending on the day of the week)
📍Location: Via Laietana, 46, Ciutat Vella, 08003 Barcelona, Spain
