I had a truly pleasant experience at this hotel during my business trip. The staff was notably friendly and accommodating. The front desk team was considerate, particularly with my early morning arrival following an international flight from California, USA. They acknowledged my Marriott membership and upgraded my room to a King Loft. The room was cozy and spacious, while the bathroom was well-organized, offering ample space. It featured generous counter space with two sinks, a spacious shower, and a separate toilet. The presence of Le Labo products in the bathroom was a nice touch too. The bed was a bit firm but had a stylish look. There was no external noise, and the room was tidied daily with turn-down service, which was a pleasant added perk. Complimentary breakfast and nighttime snacks were given as welcome gifts, which I appreciated. I was amazed by the beauty of the rooftop bar and pool area. The restaurant in the room felt like a greenhouse, adorned with plants, manned by friendly staff, and serving delightful beverages. I highly recommend trying the Tinto de Verano, a popular choice among locals at this time of year. Though the pool was busy, it remained lovely. The gym was modern and nicely equipped, albeit without windows, covering all the essentials. I didn't have time to visit the spa, but it looked splendid. The concierge service was particularly impressive. Despite reading some unfavorable reviews, my experience was entirely positive. The staff exceeded expectations in helping me plan my shopping and dining adventures. Madrid offers a lot, and this hotel's chic, relaxed style truly reflects the city's essence. It seems like one must be beautiful to work here, showcasing genuine Spanish charm in an unassuming way. I'm hopeful this hotel is proud of its accomplishments. Thank you for your hospitality.
