Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai

Review of the best hotel in Chiang Mai
The ultimate ultra-luxury hotel is none other than the Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai.
Designed by Bill Bensley.

I stayed here again this time, and I had the opportunity to bring my family to Chiang Mai, so I had to choose a good hotel with a great atmosphere and one that was suitable for adults.
There were some small activities to do, and FS Chiang Mai was the perfect choice.

I booked three GARDEN PAVILION rooms.
The hotel upgraded me one step up to the UPPER GARDEN PAVILION instead.
The rooms are 70 square meters and divided into three areas: a bedroom, a bathroom, and a very spacious terrace. Everything was perfect.

The first activity I did, and a highlight of the hotel, was bathing the buffalo.
It's held at 2:30 PM every day. It's free, and they also offer grilled bananas and sweet potatoes. If you can't make it to that time, you can schedule another time at the hotel, but there's an additional fee.

The hotel provides free Hmong costumes for the activity, which are provided in your room.

Rice planting is another highlight that you can't miss. However, it's not held every day. You'll have to check with the hotel.
And every day at 5:00 PM, there's a Farmers' Parade, where farmers come out to walk and sing and dance.

The hotel is surrounded by rice fields. You'll have to check which month you're visiting. Sometimes the fields are green, and sometimes they're golden yellow. It's a beautiful sight in its own right.

There are two swimming pools, with stunning views of the rice fields and mountains.

I recommend the second pool, which flanks the rice fields for stunning photos.

There's also another pool with very warm water for soaking in, similar to an onsen.

Breakfast is excellent quality. I've never been disappointed with FS. The Thai food station offers a variety of delicious dishes, and the juices are of high quality.

All the staff I've met are lovely.
I truly made the right choice in choosing this hotel. I'm nothing but impressed.
