"Roseberry Tawada" is a place where you feel like you've entered a picture book. This garden park in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture, is an attractive spot with an English-style garden where seasonal flowers bloom, and a ranch area where sheep relax. The most popular area is the area that recreates the world of the popular animation "Shaun the Sheep," which is sure to get both adults and children excited!
For lunch, there are restaurants that use local ingredients and a variety of bakeries where you can enjoy freshly baked bread. The food you can enjoy in a space surrounded by nature is exceptional! The recommended seasons are spring to early summer, when the flowers are beautiful, and autumn, when the leaves change color.
The park is large, so it's best to visit in comfortable shoes. It is easy to get around with a stroller, and the design is family-friendly. There are many photogenic spots, and there are plenty of views that you'll want to post on social media!
