InterContinental Bahrain | Staying here is a waste of time

I went to Türkiye for a trip during the Spring Festival holiday. When I was planning my itinerary, I found that the airline had me transiting in Bahrain, so I decided to set aside two days to visit this forgotten country in the Middle East.

🇧🇭One of the main reasons why Bahrain has been forgotten is that it is not very big. Its land area is only more than 780 square kilometers and its population is only 1.57 million. It is an inconspicuous "existence" in the Middle East.
-
Although forgotten, it is still the "backyard of Saudi Arabia".
There are many international luxury hotels here.
-
The itinerary in Bahrain is 2 days and 1 night. Considering the geographical location and consumption habits, we chose to stay at the InterContinental Hotel Bahrain.
-
📍Location
🧭Kingdom of Bahrain,Manama, Bld 144, Road 1703, Block 317.
✈️9.4km from Bahrain International Airport, 20 minutes by taxi and 40 minutes by bus
-
🚌There is a bus stop right outside the door, making it convenient to take public transportation to other places.
-
🏨Check-in
I felt the hospitality from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The front desk was very helpful and there was no problem communicating in English. This time we chose a one-bedroom club suite, located on the 11th floor. The room is spacious and comfortable, with exquisite decoration. Flowers extend all the way from the front desk to the room, and you can see the scenery of Manama from the window.

🥘Food
🍞Breakfast
1⃣️The executive lounge on the 7th floor has light meals
2⃣️The buffet restaurant on the M floor has a rich variety of food to meet the taste needs of different guests. (If you choose an outdoor location, you can see the outdoor swimming pool, which is very Bohemian.)
3⃣️Customized floating breakfast is quite romantic

🍲Lunch
As a Chinese person, I always miss Chinese food when traveling abroad. Surprisingly, there is Chinese food here, the taste is pretty good, and the price is very reasonable.

☕️Afternoon tea
The executive lounge offers afternoon tea, and the dates are delicious. (Free use of Club Suite🆓)

🥣Dinner
You can order dinner at the M-floor restaurant freely, mostly Middle Eastern and Western cuisine, lit by candlelight, creating a great atmosphere. (About 300 per person, very cost-effective in the Middle East).
