Matsumoto, Nagano. Homemade oyaki is recommended at "atelier C"

Atelier C is a takeaway shop where you can enjoy handmade oyaki.

The oyaki served here are made with dough from Nagano Prefecture flour, seasoned with local seasonal ingredients and homemade seasonings.

The ingredients are seasoned in six different ways, including spring greens, broccoli, flower wasabi, and chickpeas, so you can enjoy Nagano ingredients.

The shop is bright and spacious, and live music is held in the evenings!

I also talked to the staff about Matsumoto and oyaki, which was helpful for my trip.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 18:00.
The shop closes when sold out.
